Η Κατασκευή της ιστοσελίδας γίνεται με χρήση λογισμικού ανοικτού κώδικα, το οποίο προσφέρει περιβάλλον διαχείρισης για την δυνατότητα από πλευράς σας σε ενέργειες όπως προσθήκη, αφαίρεση ή επεξεργασία των πληροφοριών (σε επίπεδο data entries).

Tο κόστος ενσωμάτωση επιπλέον γλώσσας είναι 20% επί της του κόστους κατασκευής / γλώσσα. Η τιμή δεν περιλαμβάνει υπηρεσίες μετάφρασης, ΦΠΑ.

Οι φωτογραφίες αγοράζονται με δικαιώματα χρήσης από συγκεκριμένο Stock Image Shop (envato elements). Η ποικιλία του υλικού εξαρτάται από τη διαθεσιμότητα των φωτογραφιών που σχετίζονται με το αντικείμενό σας. Αγορά φωτογραφιών από άλλες σελίδες Stock Images (adobe stock, shutterstock, getty images κ.α.) επιβαρύνουν ανάλογα το κόστος του project.

Η φόρμα εγγραφής για τα Newsletters προϋποθέτει ενεργό λογαριασμό στο Mailchimp.

Η σωστή λειτουργία του εργαλείου για την συγκατάθεση των χρηστών για την αποδοχή και εγκατάσταση cookies, ενδέχεται να αλλοιώσει τα στατιστικά επισκεψιμότητας. Η εγκατάσταση του εργαλείου γίνεται σε τεχνικό και όχι σε νομικό επίπεδο. Το εργαλείο συγκατάθεσης είναι πρόσθετο (Plugin). Σε περίπτωση ανάγκης διαφήμισης σύμφωνα με τις νέες απαιτήσεις της Google, απαιτείται η χρήση πρόσθετου υλοποιημένου από επίσημους Consent Mode Partners. Η αδειοδότηση και χρήση των συγκεκριμένων προσθετων χρεώνεται με το μήνα και οι τιμές ποικίλλουν ανάλογα με την εταιρεία. Το κόστος αδειοδότησης σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή του έργου

Το κόστος αδειοδότησης ή ετήσιας ανανέωσης των πρόσθετων (plugins) πλην των αναφερομένων επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη και δεν περιλαμβάνεται στις παροχές του συμβολαίου συντήρησης.

Τα λογισμικά που χρησιμοποιούνται για την κατασκευή, την φιλοξενία, και την συντήρηση της ιστοσελίδας σας και των λογαριασμών ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου αναπτύσσονται από επώνυμες εταιρείες του εξωτερικού και τρίτους developers. Σε περίπτωση ζημιάς οποιασδήποτε φύσης που μπορεί να προκληθεί ως αποτέλεσμα κακόβουλων ενεργειών που έχουν ως στόχο ευπάθειες λογισμικών στον server, το CMS, άλλων λογισμικών που έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί για την κατασκευή της ιστοσελίδας, ή ως αποτέλεσμα υποκλοπης κωδικών email των χρηστών λόγω κακόβουλου λογισμικού στα τερματικά των πελατών η Dazzlink δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη.

Στην ιστοσελίδα γίνεται χρήση υπηρεσιών τρίτων μερών οι οποίες ενδέχεται να αλλάξουν. Αυτό αφορά τόσο στον τρόπο χρήσης αυτών των υπηρεσιών όσο και στο τρόπο χρέωσής τους. Τυχόν μεταβολές στην τιμολογιακή τους πολιτική, στην ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών τους και στους όρους χρήσης τους μπορεί να επηρεάσουν τη λειτουργία της ιστοσελίδας καθώς επίσης και το κόστος της. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση η Dazzlink δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη.

Στις ιστοσελίδες γίνεται χρήση δωρεάν (π.χ. Google Fonts). Καθιστούμε σαφές ότι η χρήση τέτοιων γραμματοσειρών δεν παρέχεται επ’ αόριστον, και εξαρτάται από τη διαθεσιμότητά τους στις αντίστοιχες υπηρεσίες. Σε περίπτωση χρήσης άλλης γραμματοσειράς μη δωρεάν, το κόστος της αδειοδότησής της επιβαρύνει την τιμή του έργου.

Η κατασκευή της ιστοσελίδας γίνεται με premium λογισμικό, το οποίο ανανεώνεται τόσο για λόγους ασφάλειας όσο και για τον εμπλουτισμό των δυνατοτήτων του. Για την πρόσβαση στην περιοχή των αναβαθμίσεων, απαιτείται Api Key το οποίο παρέχεται για τον πρώτο χρόνο λειτουργίας της ιστοσελίδας σας, και μετά μόνο με αγορά συμβολαίου συντήρησης από την Dazzlink ή αυτόνομα με καταβολή του αντιτίμου προς τον εκδότη του λογισμικού.

Η χρήση των χαρτών της Google απαιτεί ενεργό κλειδί στην κονσόλα της Google (Api Key), το οποίο παρέχεται δωρεάν για συγκεκριμένο αριθμό μηνιαίων προβολών, μετά τον οποίο η χρήση της υπηρεσίας γίνεται με χρέωση λογαριασμού (μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας). Η χρήση των χαρτών στην ιστοσελίδα σας θα γίνεται με χρήση του κλειδιού της Dazzlink, όσο δεν ξεπερνάται ο αριθμός δωρεάν μηνιαίων προβολών (αφορά το σύνολο των μηνιαίων προβολών όλων των πελατών της Dazzlink). Σε περίπτωση ανάγκης πολλών μηνιαίων προβολών συνιστάται στον πελάτη να προμηθευτεί δικό του κλειδί.

Η Dazzlink διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να διακόψει την παροχή της υπηρεσίας όποτε το κρίνει σκόπιμο χωρίς καμία υποχρέωση προς τον πελάτη.

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του έργου και την παράδοσή του, έχετε τη δυνατότητα χρήσης λογαριασμού διαχειριστή για να μπορείτε να επεξεργάζεστε τις πληροφορίες της ιστοσελίδας σας. Στην περίπτωση αυτή, για κακή ή λανθασμένη χρήση από πλευράς σας που μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε απώλεια δεδομένων ή downtime της ιστοσελίδας σας η Dazzlink δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη και θα επιβαρυνθείτε με τυχόν εργασίες επαναφοράς - αποκατάστασης.

Το φωτογραφικό υλικό που θα επιλέξουμε για χρήση στην ιστοσελίδα θα είναι αγορασμένο από συγκεκριμένο stock image market, και αδειοδοτημένο για χρήση στην ιστοσελίδα. Συμφωνείται και από τα 2 μέρη ότι η χρήση των φωτογραφιών που θα επιλέξουμε δεν θα προσβάλλει την πνευματική ιδιοκτησία του δημιουργού, δεν θα διαμοιραστεί και δεν θα χρησιμοποιηθεί για άλλο σκοπό εκτός της ιστοσελίδας. Σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε να μας προμηθεύσετε τις φωτογραφίες σας, έχετε την αποκλειστική ευθύνη για την αδειοδότησή τους και συνιστούμε χρήση αδειοδοτημένων φωτογραφιών.

Η χρήση μη αδειοδοτημένου υλικού στην ιστοσελίδα σας (κείμενα, αρχεία πολυμέσων, φωτογραφίες κτλ.) γίνεται αποκλειστικά με δική σας ευθύνη, και η Dazzlink δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη.

Το περιεχόμενο της ιστοσελίδας αφού την αποδεχθείτε και την παραλάβετε, είναι αποκλειστικά δική σας ευθύνη. Για πιθανή ζημιά οποιασδήποτε φύσεως που μπορεί να προκαλέσει το περιεχόμενο της ιστοσελίδας σας η Dazzlink δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη.

Η κυριότητα των υπηρεσιών παρακρατείται από την Dazzlink μέχρι την πλήρη εξόφληση.
